About Chef Pristine

With over 10 years of event catering experience, Chef Chioma decided to take the pursuit of her dreams to the next level by formally establishing a business. On maternity break from a career as a research and statistics analyst, where she wrote research papers and crunched numbers, Chef Chioma decided to do something that will allow her to merge both passions: creating recipes methodologically for commercial success and cooking delicious food for clients.

Born in Nigeria, raised by Igbo parents, and married to a Yoruba man, Chef Chioma’s style of cooking is to create fusion recipes that take the best of flavors from different ethnicities and cuisines. Her style of cooking and baking involves taking simple ingredients in their top quality form and getting the best results from techniques used in honoring each ingredient. There are no boundaries in her kitchen.

She is known for merging skill with creativity and spontaneity to create something spectacular, to delight her client's pallets.
